Private beta · Founding churches
SundayPilot carries your series vision from Planning Center to an approved ProPresenter presentation—accurately, consistently, and through the workflow your team already uses.
The whole first series, free — you don’t pay until it has already worked. Works with Planning Center Online and ProPresenter 7.
Series looks made with SundayPilot

The workflow
Your team establishes the series look. SundayPilot prepares each week’s presentation from the latest message notes, guides review and approval, then returns the approved file to Planning Center—ready for ProPresenter through the integration your team already uses.
01
Connect Planning Center
SundayPilot finds your upcoming series and plans, then watches for message notes as they are added.
02
Establish the series look
Your team creates and approves the visual direction for the whole series.
03
Prepare each week
The latest message notes become a presentation built with the approved series look.
04
Review and approve
Your team verifies message accuracy. Nothing ships without approval.
05
Close the loop
The approved .pro file is returned to the Planning Center plan.
Connect
Plan the service in Planning Center like you already do. SundayPilot watches the plan and picks up the message notes the moment they arrive — nobody re-enters anything, and nobody chases a document on Saturday night.

Deliver
Your team reviews the presentation, verifies the message, and approves it. SundayPilot then returns the finished ProPresenter file to the Planning Center plan—ready for the booth on Sunday. Direct download remains available as a fallback.

Why teams trust it
The points on screen come straight from the message notes — verbatim, never paraphrased. Scripture stays reference-only, so your church’s translation and licensing stay in your hands.

“Not because the sea is calm — because the anchor holds.”
Exactly as written. Nothing added, nothing reworded.
Titles, teaching points, and scripture all use the approved series background and your configured screen sizes. It is the same presentation your team reviews in SundayPilot and receives in ProPresenter.

What’s next
SundayPilot begins with one complete workflow: from an approved series look to a finished presentation returned to the Planning Center plan. Over the next 12–18 months, we’ll expand into guided series planning, broader creative campaigns, and deeper connections with the platforms your church already uses.
Roadmap
A guided way for pastors to shape the series vision early and carry it into weekly plans — without creating more work for the team.
Roadmap
Independent campaigns beyond the sermon series: event and announcement graphics, and social assets that hold the same standard.
Roadmap
Additional integrations with the platforms your church already uses—so approved plans and creative work can move between them.
Questions
No. Planning Center stays your source of truth. SundayPilot connects to the plan you already build and works from there.
Planning Center Online and ProPresenter 7. SundayPilot handles the connected workflow between them—the series look, each week’s presentation, review and approval, and the finished file returned to your plan.
No. The presentation comes through the Planning Center integration your team already uses. Live text, Looks, lower thirds, stage displays, and livestream screens continue working with your existing configuration.
Your team does. Nothing is returned to the plan until someone reviews and approves it. SundayPilot prepares the presentation; your team makes the final decisions.
Founding membership includes full access during the private beta, a founding rate — $999 a year, or $99 a month — that stays with your membership, direct access to the founder, and a meaningful role in shaping the roadmap.
Then you won’t have paid for it. Your first series is free — the whole series, from the big idea to the last Sunday’s presentation returned to Planning Center. Membership begins only when that first series is complete and you choose to continue. After that, an annual membership stays committed for its year; a monthly membership can cancel ahead of any renewal.
